Katie Tyler Caffey, President

As a graduate of Auburn University, Katie believes in work, hard work, and she knows that hard work and a good reputation for quality service is hard to come by these days. That’s why she’s dedicated to building the best service in the industry. 

Through her experience owning and running her own company she’s found that hiring a competent, experienced, and trustworthy team of professionals is the only way to do business. After all, you’re only as good as the people on your team. Katie looks forward to serving her community and building on her family’s reputation for quality in service and love for creating meaningful relationships with clients. 

Barbara Fairman Tyler, Vice President

Barbara is a founding member and owner of CDD and is proud to watch as the next generation takes the family business and develops it into an industry leader. She brings over 20 years of experience working with clients on jobs and ensuring that all t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted. Additionally, Barbara dedicated most of her professional career to working for the City of Andalusia as Grants Coordinator. Barbara’s time with the City helps further her ability to serve clients through her understanding of the inner workings of municipalities, government relations, and adherence to contracted agreements.

She continues her service to her community as founding member and board member of the Lower Alabama Arts Coalition as well as a volunteer and board member of the Andalusia Area Humane Society.
